Delete Your Settled Account
Users can request deletion of their Settled account and associated data at any time.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Settled account:
- Email us at hello@settledmind.app
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Settled account
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we will delete account data associated with your Settled account, including:
- Account information
- Profile information
- Session and streak data
- Saved affirmations and preferences
- Journal, reflection, or feedback content associated with your account
Data we may retain
Some information may be temporarily retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or financial record keeping.
Deletion timeframe
Most deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your Settled account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You may need to cancel your subscription separately through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
